1. Use of this site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape or reuse its content without permission, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers' ability to shop. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We work hard to display our products, colors, and prices accurately, but slight variations can occur between what your screen shows and the finished product — particularly for custom color matching. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation, and we reserve the right to decline any order, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel part of an order, you are refunded in full for the canceled portion.

4. Custom Edge Design Lab designs

• Custom holders are produced exactly as you enter them. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, numbers, spelling, and color choices.
• You confirm that you own — or have permission to use — any logo, image, or artwork you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may decline to produce a design that is offensive, unlawful, or infringing, and will refund the order if we do.
• Because custom holders are made to order, they are not returnable except when damaged, defective, or made incorrectly. See our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processors. You confirm the payment method is yours or you are authorized to use it. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession; see our Shipping Policy for details on tracking, damaged packages, and address accuracy.

7. Intellectual property

The Next Edge Athletics name, logos, product designs, site content, and photography are our property and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of the artwork you upload; by uploading it, you grant us only the limited right to use it to produce your order.

8. Accounts and communications

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. By giving us your email, you agree to receive service messages about your order; marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

Our products are covered by the promises in our Return & Refund Policy. Beyond that, the site and products are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Next Edge Athletics operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
