Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with care so your holder arrives ready for the fence, the dugout, or the sideline. Here is what to expect after you order.

Processing times

  • Standard items are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your order.
  • Custom Edge Design Lab holders are made to order and ship within 5–10 business days, since your design is produced just for you.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

We ship within the United States using trusted national carriers. Standard transit is typically 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility, depending on your distance from our shipping origin. Carrier delays during peak seasons or severe weather are outside our control, but we will help track down any package that seems stuck.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to the dugout. If tracking has not updated within 7 business days of the ship date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered, and we cannot reroute packages already in transit. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily reship it once the corrected shipping cost is covered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will replace or refund the order. For packages marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors and household members first; if it still cannot be found, contact us within 10 business days and we will work with the carrier on a claim.

Order changes and cancellations

Standard items can be changed or canceled any time before they ship. Custom made-to-order holders can be changed or canceled only before production begins — usually within 24 hours of ordering — so reach out as soon as possible.
